1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of the Design+ website (hereinafter referred to as "Website") and the provision of web design services.
1.2. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Website.
1.3. The Contractor reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of publication on the Website.

2.1. The following services are provided through the Website:
Creation of individual web design
Design on website builders
Custom design with implementation
Training consultations for web designers and experts
Analysis and audit of existing websites
Other services
2.2. A detailed description of the services, deadlines, and costs are specified on the relevant pages of the Website.
3. Procedure for providing services
3.1. To order services, the client contacts the contractor through contact forms or communication methods specified on the Website.
3.2. The conditions for the provision of specific services, deadlines, costs, and payment procedures are agreed upon individually and formalized with a separate agreement or contract.
3.3. Work begins after the contract is signed and the advance payment is received (if provided for in the terms).
4. Rights and obligations of the parties
4.1. The Contractor undertakes:
To provide services in accordance with the agreed technical tasks
To comply with the stipulated deadlines
To ensure the confidentiality of the information provided by the client
To provide technical support in accordance with the terms of the contract
4.2. The Client undertakes:
To provide complete and accurate information necessary for the execution of the work
To make timely payments in accordance with the agreed terms
To provide feedback and approval of work stages within the agreed timeframes
Not to use the provided materials in violation of copyright
4.3. The Contractor has the right:
To require additional payment for work that goes beyond the initial technical task
To cease providing services in the event of a breach of contract by the client
To use completed works as examples in their own portfolio
4.4. The Client has the right:
To receive services in accordance with the agreed terms and within the specified timeframes
To request corrections in accordance with the terms of the contract
To receive consultations and explanations regarding completed works
5. Cost and payment
5.1. The cost of services is determined individually and specified in the contract or invoice.
5.2. Payment is made through a sole proprietor in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine.
5.3. In the event of early termination of cooperation at the initiative of the client, the advance payment made is non-refundable for already completed stages of work.
6. Copyright and intellectual property
6.1. All materials on the Website (texts, images, design, graphic elements) are objects of copyright.
6.2. Copyright for design layouts and elements created within the provision of services transfers to the client after full payment for the work.
6.3. The Contractor reserves the right to use created works as examples in their own portfolio.
6.4. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of materials from the Website without the written permission of the copyright holder is prohibited.
7. Liability and limitations
7.1. The Contractor is responsible for the quality of the services provided in accordance with the terms of the contract.
7.2. The Contractor is not responsible for:
Indirect losses, lost profits, or moral damage
Failures in the operation of third-party services and platforms
Actions of third parties regarding the created websites
7.3. The Contractor's overall liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for a specific service.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. The parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the cooperation.
8.2. Detailed conditions for the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute resolution
9.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations between the parties.
9.2. In case of inability to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
10. Final provisions
10.1. These Terms are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
10.2. In the event that any provision of these Terms is recognized as invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
10.3. Issues not regulated by these Terms are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
